River Road 2014

Young brothers Bartel and Adikeer attend boarding school while their parents, nomadic Uyghur herders, seek fertile grasslands for their sheep. When their grandfather dies, the two embark on a search for their father, following the dying river in search of life but finding only desolate prairies and abandoned memories.
